1. Garage to Garage
The travel distance (KM) and time will be calculated starting from our office/garage and will end when the vehicle returns to the office/garage.
2. Booking & Payment
To confirm the booking, a specific percentage of the total fare (e.g., 25% to 50%) must be paid as an advance.
The remaining balance must be paid either at the start of the journey or midway through the trip.
Additional charges will applicable for any extra kilometers or extra hours utilized beyond the package.
3. Cancellation & Refund
A partial refund of the advance amount will be given only if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to the travel date.
No refund will be provided for last-minute cancellations.
If a trip is cancelled due to driver issues or vehicle breakdown, an alternative arrangement will be made, or you will be charged only for the distance covered up to that point.
4. Toll, Parking & State Permit
All toll fees, parking charges, and state entry taxes/permits for crossing into other states (such as Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Puducherry) must be borne entirely by the customer.
5. Hill Station Charges
When traveling to hill stations like Kodaikanal, Munnar, etc., an additional maintenance charge ranging from ₹800 to ₹1,500 (depending on the vehicle type) will be collected.
6. Night Drive Allowance
If the journey extends beyond 10:00 PM, an additional day's "Driver Batta" (Driver Allowance) of ₹500 will be charged.
7. Vehicle Usage
Air Conditioner (AC) usage is not permitted when the vehicle is stationary or when the engine is switched off.
8. Passenger Safety & Responsibility
Passengers are solely responsible for their luggage and personal belongings during the trip. The company will not be held responsible for any loss or theft.
The company is not liable for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, traffic jams, or road blockades.
9. Minimum Kilometers
A minimum of 300 kilometers per day will be calculated for outstation trips.
Even if your actual travel distance is less than 300 km, the charges for the minimum 300 km will apply.
Every kilometer traveled beyond 300 km will attract an Extra KM Charge.
10. Day & Time Calculation
The vehicle's kilometers and time will be calculated from the moment it leaves the shed (or arrives at your pickup location).
A standard calendar day calculation runs from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. If the journey extends beyond 12 hours, it will be counted as the next day.
11. Extra Seats & Luggage
Passengers exceeding the permitted seating capacity of the vehicle will not be allowed to travel.
Similarly, keeping vehicle weight regulations in mind, excess or heavy luggage will not be loaded.
12. Driver Food & Accommodation
During outstation trips, the customer must arrange food and accommodation for the driver, or alternatively, pay a separate Driver Food Allowance (Batta) of ₹500 per day.
13. AC Usage on Hill Roads
While driving uphill on mountainous roads, the Air Conditioner (AC) will be switched off to ensure the vehicle's engine safety and performance.
14. Pet Policy
Pets are generally not allowed inside the vehicle. If special permission is granted in advance, an additional cleaning charge will be levied.
15. Route Deviation
If there are any sudden changes or deviations from the pre-booked route, it must be discussed in advance with the travels office or the driver. Fare variations will apply based on the extra distance and time.
16. Cleaning Charges
If the vehicle is heavily soiled or littered by customers (e.g., vomiting, spilling food/drinks), an additional cleaning fee of ₹500 to ₹1,000 will be charged to cover deep cleaning costs.
17. Seasonal Fare Hike
Fares are subject to slight revisions during festival seasons, public holidays, or due to sudden changes in petrol/diesel prices.
18. Dispute Resolution
If any misunderstanding or dispute arises between the customer and the driver during the journey, the customer should immediately contact the main office. Misbehavior or arguments with the driver must be avoided.
19. Speed Limit
For safety reasons, the vehicle will only be operated within the government-mandated speed limits. Customers are strictly requested not to compel or pressure the driver to speed.
20. Prohibited & Illegal Goods
Carrying banned substances, drugs, or any illegal goods inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. If any such items are found, the trip will be terminated immediately, and the customer will be held entirely responsible for all legal consequences.
21. AC Usage during Parking
Using the AC while the vehicle is parked or idle is not permitted. If required, an additional hourly charge (e.g., ₹200 per hour) will be applicable.
22. Identity Proof
For security reasons, the primary customer must present a valid government-issued photo ID proof to the driver or submit a copy to the office before commencing the journey.
23. Vehicle Model Substitution
If the specific vehicle you booked is unavailable due to unexpected technical issues, an equivalent or higher-segment alternative vehicle will be provided at the same agreed price.
24. Driver Rest Period
For long-distance journeys, customers should note that the driver requires a 15–20 minute rest break every 4 to 5 hours of continuous driving to ensure passenger safety.
25. Emergency Breakdown
In the rare event of an unexpected mechanical breakdown during the trip, customers must cooperate and allow reasonable time to arrange an alternative vehicle. The company is not liable for delays caused during this transition.
26. Early Termination
If the customer decides to end the journey ahead of the scheduled days, a specific percentage (e.g., 50%) of the rental charges for the remaining days will still be applicable.
27. Smoking, Alcohol & Damages
Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or engaging in any unlawful activities inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. If any damage is caused to the vehicle by the customer, the cost of repair/compensation must be fully paid by the customer.
